Breakfast- one cup tea and a bowl of snacks.
Lunch- One serving rice with lentils and boiled eggs, cucumbers and mashed potatoes with okra.
One cup tea with the same snack (as in the morning)
One ice cream (milk and powdered nuts)
Dinner- one serving rice with scrambled eggs, onion and cucumber salad and leftover lentils and mashed potatoes.
A bite of mango.
